Dr. Hitesh Garg

Dr. Hitesh Garg has 15 years of experience and currently practices at Artemis Hospital, Gurgaon, but the numbers behind that experience are what really stand out — over 5,000 spine surgeries, 2,500 spinal fusions, 1,000 deformity correction procedures, 300 artificial lumbar and cervical disc implantations, and around 500 other complex operations. His work has earned him a fair number of recognitions too, including the Atal Swasthya Bhushan Samman in 2019, presented by Shri Om Birla, the Honorable Speaker of India. He also received the Healthcare Today Excellence Award for “Best Spine Surgeon of the Year” in 2018, and the Market Research Healthcare Award for “Best Spine Surgeon in Delhi NCR” in 2017. Earlier in his career, he was named “Best Orthopedic Resident” for 2006-07 at KEM Hospital, and was shortlisted among the top 12 nominees out of 298 entries for the All Asia Young Inventor Award, organized by Hewlett Packard.
